Water is a scarce resource in Kasauli, please use it very wisely.
You are on a vacation, enjoy it to the fullest but make sure that the neighborhood is not affected.
Drinking is prohibited outside and strictly limited to your own room.
Do make sure that you do not litter and deface the surroundings.
Submitting govt. Id proof is mandatory for each guest at the time of Check-in.

Housekeeping is done once a day between 11:00 A.M and 1 P.M. In case of longer stay you are requested to kindly keep your room/ rooms open for the same.Else it will be deemed that you do not require any housekeeping.
Driver accommodation not provided.
Kitchen opens around 7 AM and closes by 10 PM. Meal order is taken 3 hours in advance as fresh food is prepared.
Loud music, shouting, and hooting are strictly not allowed after 10:00 PM.
